About Thanksgiving time I put a turkey to defrost on the back porch. It is like my second fridge in the winter time. Any how I noticed that something was trying to get into my turkey and started looking around. This cat starts hissing at me from the bottom of the stairs in the yucky dark basement. So I move my turkey into the house and leave the back door open for a few days hoping that the cat would leave. I didn't hear from it again. Saturday night Jorie goes to get in the shower and she comes running out there is meowing coming from the vents. So I go to check it out and out comes this cat and he is hungry and not hissing at me. So I do what any person would do, I feed it. He was so pretty, I couldn't help it. Jorie kept calling me the crazy cat lady. Call Animal Control Mom! To my defense it was 10 p.m. So I do even better and go buy it cat food. Rick finally called the land lord today and asked if we could keep it and to our surprise she said yes. So this was what we did (b/c I wasn't touching it):
See, isn't he a pretty kitty. I think that someone is actually missing him. He uses a litter box and seemed to be on to us when we went to bathe him. We named him Zorro. We actually don't know his sex. It could be a girl.

Marcus is getting SO big! (Well, he always was pretty big) but he is getting old!

Melissa, how are you guys? How's Rick nursing job? Is his testing all finished? Are you still staying at home? I'm in Denver. I couldn't handle living with Ryan's parents anymore and I needed to get out. So . . . I'm playing in Denver for the next 2 months. My parents have been super supportive and helped me a lot.
